HR Associate Partner

The individual will be responsible for managing associate life cycle in our fulfillment center network. The candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders, collaborate with team members, and coordinate across different functions.
Key job responsibilities
• Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports
• Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity
• Proactive sensing of ER issues
• Grievance Handling
• Be able to use HRIS tool for downloading reports, uploading roster, etc
• Ensure Payroll accuracy for associates within the FC assigned by partnering with manpower agencies
• Co-ordination with Recruitment and ERC Team
• Statutory Compliances
• Ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances
• High presentation, reporting and team player skills
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word and power point.
• Demonstrates consistent customer focus.
• Demonstrates highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
• Consistent effort, strong commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
• Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
• Processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.
• Basic supplies – Uniform, pantry, lockers, etc.
• Engagement Activities – Birthday celebration, Monthly Learning Activity, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.
• Vendor management/Cafeteria management

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- 6+ months of human resources experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- Experience in confidential environments
