We are hiring a Data Analyst Trainee to support our data analytics initiatives. The selected candidate will work on real-time projects, helping to collect, process, and interpret data to drive actionable business insights.

Candidates from Coimbatore and surrounding areas will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and managing data from various sources.
  • Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
  • Participate in automating reporting processes and optimizing workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related trainee/entry-level role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python/R for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI / Tableau.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
