About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Trainees
to join our automation team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Computer Science or related fields who are eager to start their careers in automation technology and digital transformation.

As an RPA Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in RPA tools and methodologies, work on real-time projects under supervision, and learn how to automate business processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist in designing, developing, and testing automation workflows.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and process analysis with business teams.
  • Document processes, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of RPA bots in production environments.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth automation delivery.
  • Continuously update skills on new RPA technologies and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Information Technology
    , or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of programming concepts (in languages like Python, C#, Java, or VB.NET).
  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and software development lifecycle.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with any RPA tools such as
    UiPath

    Blue Prism

  • Understanding of process mapping and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of APIs or web technologies.
