**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Initiate telephone calls to US insurance companies requesting status of claims on patients accounts and take appropriate actions.
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project.
- Ensure each patients medical information is accurate and up-to date.
- Maintain Excel and Reports as per the companys regulation.
- Should portray yourself in good English and US Accent.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Should be flexible and adaptable towards work.
- Knowledge and ability to use computer system**s.**
