Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Attending installation / break-down/PMVs for Industrial products.
  • Achieving given RT/TAT/DT
  • Good technical knowledge of Compliance
  • To generate business on VAS products like ACC/MCL/GWP/Trainings, etc.
  • Cross lead / spares business
  • Regular Customer visits to create good repo. and add on new business opportunities
  • Ensuring contract and warranty renewals with the help of service salesperson and contract admin team
  • Expected Key Deliverable: Timely PM/Response time /Installation in time/service revenue to be achieved/customer satisfaction/other service Kpi's

What You Need to Succeed

  • Qualifications and Technical Skills: Diploma or B.E. in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical with min. 2 to 3 yrs. Experience in the same field.
