We are seeking dynamic and committed Assistant Professors to join our MBA Department with specialization in Finance, Human Resource Management (HRM), Health Care Management, or Business Analytics.

The candidates should possess strong academic knowledge, teaching aptitude, and a commitment to fostering student learning, research, and overall academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and tutorials for MBA courses in the chosen specialization (Finance / HRM / Health Care Management / Business Analytics).
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and assessment methods.
  • Guide students in projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.
  • Contribute to curriculum design, content development, and academic planning.
  • Engage in academic research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings, seminars, and workshops.
  • Mentor students to enhance their academic and professional growth.
  • Coordinate with industry partners for guest lectures, internships, and placement support.

Qualification:

  • As per AICTE/UGC/University Norms
  • MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree in the relevant specialization with First Class or equivalent.
  • Ph.D. in the relevant field (preferred, not mandatory for fresher positions).

Experience:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with teaching, research, or relevant industry experience will be given preference.

Skills Required:

  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
  • Research aptitude with interest in publications and academic contribution.
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools, case-based teaching, and data-driven methods.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills (especially for Business Analytics specialization).
  • Commitment to institutional growth, innovation, and student mentoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹42,101.48 per month
