We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

  • Produce design ideas, create technical plans for prototypes using CAD or CAE software
  • Analyze and manage multiple design-related issues to identify root cause
  • Carry out simulations of products for new and prototype projects using in-house software
  • Attend design reviews to present design ideas and to discuss and critique alternative design solutions
  • Make and track design changes on existing products
  • Maintain control of Bill of Materials (BoM), CAD Models, and Engineering Drawings
  • Undertake special projects as required
  • Support technical staff and/or junior engineers
  • Document and present progress at project meetings and to clients
  • Find cost-effective solutions by researching concepts
  • Meet customer targets and deadlines for product development

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • D.M.E., B.E. degrees
  • At least 3+ years experience in design & development of automotive and industrial parts
  • Strong knowledge on IATF apart from exposure to OEM approval processes including product testing, especially with respect to automotive OEMs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • EV segment knowledge
  • Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs.
  • A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements

Salary

  • Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 (Depends on Skill and Experience)
