Role: Director - Finance

(Global Delivery Setup exprience is Mandatory)

Location: Gurgaon.

  • Professional accounting designation (e.g., Chartered Accountant) with strong technical skills in Indian GAAP; IFRS knowledge is preferable.
  • Significant progressive experience in finance, accounting, or consulting, preferably with prior accounting and advisory firm experience.
  • Proven leadership and senior management experience, capable of managing large finance and accounting teams.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing financial processes, systems, controls, and finance transformation projects.
  • Experience in managing outsourced accounting functions and driving technology and process changes.
  • Strong operational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and create compelling presentations.
  • Knowledge of local tax compliance, financial reporting, treasury, and cash management, including collaboration with tax and treasury teams.
  • Ability to establish, monitor, and maintain an effective control environment and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Track record in driving organizational and cultural transformation, fostering employee engagement, development, and retention.
