Job Summary:

Were seeking a proactive Coordinator with strong communication skills and experience in outbound calling. The role involves contacting schools, scheduling meetings for our Business Development (BD) team, and ensuring follow-ups for confirmed appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 1520 outbound calls daily to schools
  • Secure a minimum of 4 confirmed appointments per day
  • Share appointment details promptly with the BD team
  • Follow up to reconfirm meetings and ensure attendance
  • Maintain accurate call and appointment records
  • Coordinate internally for smooth handovers and updates
  • Provide daily reports on calls and appointments

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in outbound calling or coordination roles
  • Strong verbal skills in English and regional languages
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and persuasive
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Experience with schools or in the education sector
