Job Title: Reference Data Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Primary Responsibilities

-Open and link client accounts in the Prime Brokerage system.

-Set up accounts in Portfolio Accounting and Client Reporting systems.

-Maintain and validate client reference data accurately and timely.

-Configure 3rd Party reporting accounts based on provided documentation.

-Request and manage Secure IDs for clients and third-party users.

-Perform quality checks on client account creation, maintenance, and access.

-Manage operational risks through daily review of client data and SLA adherence.

-Escalate potential issues to the Team Leader and suggest process improvements.

-Support the Team Manager in implementing new projects and process developments.

Note:

-The candidate must have experience in reference data.

-NISM or Imarticus certification preferred (especially for fresher candidates).
