Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders, developing technical solutions, performing code reviews, and providing mentorship to team members. The role demands a strong understanding of Salesforce products and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot
  • Experience in overseeing technical teams and managing project lifecycles
  • Strong understanding of technical solution development and code reviews
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Mentorship and team leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the Edtech, Manufacturing, Banking, or Healthcare industries is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
