Job Title: Java Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Location: Onsite- Trichy

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic, proactive, and responsible Java developers with 3+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Java and related technologies, with a good understanding of both frontend and backend components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Work with Hibernate for ORM and database interactions
  • Collaborate on UI development using DHTMLX and basic front-end technologies
  • Write and maintain EJB beans and integrate services using AJAX and JavaScript
  • Perform database operations with PostgreSQL and Oracle
  • Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
  • Experience with DHTMLX UI components
  • Database knowledge: PostgreSQL, Oracle
  • Familiarity with EJB, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS (basic understanding)

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Highly responsible and accountable in task ownership and delivery
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
