Role: End-to-end orchestration, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and customer journeys using HCL Unica

Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute multi-channel, multi-wave marketing campaigns (email or landing page) using flowcharts.

2. Segment audiences and personalize content based on behavioral and demographic data.

3. Ensure data governance and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

4. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for scalability and ROI.

5. Troubleshoot campaign issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.

1. Design goal-based, omnichannel customer journeys using the Journey Canvas.

2. Trigger next-best actions based on customer behavior and interaction data.

1. Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer lifecycle management.

2. Proficiency in Unica Campaign, Deliver, and Journey modules.

3. Familiarity with Link module to push segments into paid advertising

4. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign and journey performance metrics.

5. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
