We are looking for a dynamic Review & Reputation Manager to handle our brand's online reputation across multiple platforms. This role goes beyond just writing or posting reviews — it's about building trust, managing customer feedback, and maintaining a positive brand image across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage brand reviews across marketplaces, Google, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Develop strategies to enhance brand reputation and increase genuine customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with customer service and marketing teams to resolve negative feedback effectively.
  • Track competitor reputation and share actionable insights.
  • Maintain monthly reports on reputation score, customer sentiment, and review performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand tone and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in online reputation management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Experience with review management tools, Google My Business, and social media monitoring.
  • Ability to analyze feedback and convert it into actionable strategies.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
