Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Reputation Management Executive located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing online reputations across various platforms, addressing customer feedback, creating and executing reputation management strategies, and generating reports. The role also involves extensive coordination with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and image.
Qualifications
- Experience in Online Reputation Management and Customer Feedback Management
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and SEO strategies
- Skill in Content Writing, Social Media Management, and Public Relations
- Ability to analyze and generate comprehensive reports on online reputation metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in using online reputation management tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
