About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic BD Manager/ Officer (Enterprise Sales) to lead our sales & marketing outreach and conversion strategies. This role requires a End to End sales delivery, creative and analytical professional who can not only build and manage sales campaigns but also directly engage with inbound and oubound leads, qualify them, and work with the sales team to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

End to End Sales & Lead Conversion:

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads generated from digital campaigns and website traffic.
  • Qualify leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools; identify pain points and business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update lead records, manage the sales funnel, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Nurture leads through personalized communication and content, moving them toward conversion.
  • Schedule demos, prepare proposals, and assist with closing deals where required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of combined experience in sales, inside, outside sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding ofcontent marketing, social media strategy, and email marketing
  • Proven experience in lead generation, nurturing, and CRM management
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound leads and driving them through the funnel
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize campaigns and sales drive
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in startups or small to mid-sized companies
  • Prior experience managing B2B sales funnels
  • Understanding of sales automation tools and marketing analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics
