Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the Citrix DaaS and VDI environment, including Cloud Connectors, StoreFront, DaaS Cloud, Licensing, and Provisioning Services.
  • Deploy, update, and stream Citrix applications using Numecent Cloudpaging virtualization technologies.
  • Optimize the performance, availability, and security of Citrix systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix connectivity, authentication, policies, profiles, printing, and end user experience.
  • Document Citrix processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT and engineering business teams and vendors to ensure the compatibility and integration of Citrix solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other IT staff on Citrix-related issues.
  • Collaborate and provide oversight of our global strategic sourcing partner is support of Fluors Citrix environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or at least 5 years of experience as a Citrix administrator / engineer.
  • Experience with Citrix 2402 LTSR or later, including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Numecent Cloudpaging or similar cloud application virtualization and layering technology.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2019 or later, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with hypervisors such as VMware vSphere, Xenserver or Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.
  • Experience with Citrix certifications such as CCA-V, CCP-V, or CCE-V is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
