Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate financial records and accounts in Tally.
  • Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
  • Perform monthly and periodic bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded and documented.
  • Handle monthly closing activities and ensure timely reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support internal and external audits when required.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Maintain and update the financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Conduct monthly and annual closing procedures.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Work with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
