Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven
Trainee Captains / Senior Stewards
to support front-of-house operations at LUPA. The role involves ensuring smooth service flow, assisting the Captain and Managers, maintaining service standards, and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Captain in supervising service operations during shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to LUPA's service standards and SOPs.
  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and special requests courteously.
  • Support junior stewards and guide them during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, table setup standards, and dining area hygiene.
  • Assist in inventory handling and basic stock monitoring.
  • Work closely with the service team and management for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–4 years of experience in a reputed restaurant or hotel (fine dining preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, grooming standards, and a guest-first mindset.
