We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to support our international logistics operations and ensure smooth movement of goods across borders.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Assistant (International Logistics) who will handle all export-import logistics activities including shipment coordination, documentation, and communication with freight forwarders, customs, and overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international shipments (both export and import) and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

  • Prepare and verify logistics and shipping documents – invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, COO, etc.

  • Communicate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and shipping lines for booking, clearance, and tracking.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, freight invoices, and delivery status.

  • Support the DGFT/EXIM team in export documentation as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and incoterms.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, accounts) for logistics planning and execution.

  • Monitor shipment costs and assist in optimizing freight efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in international logistics or export-import operations (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination.

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP tools (knowledge of Tally/SAP preferred).

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
