Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating delivery schedules and logistics for various projects.
  • Support the operations team in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Participate in quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
  • Help prepare reports and documentation related to delivery operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in troubleshooting any delivery-related issues that may arise.
  • Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide timely updates on their orders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain management and delivery logistics is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. PowerBI and Data Analysis is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
