As a Junior QA Tester at our office hubs in Bangalore, you will join a resourceful QA team dedicated to tracking down flaws in games and ensuring a polished gaming experience for players. You will work closely with Designers, Artists, and Programmers to enhance the overall gameplay and report to our Lead QA. Your critical thinking skills, communication abilities, passion for games, and adaptability will be crucial in this role. Responsibilities: - Work as a member of the team assigned to a project for testing specific video game titles - Test all games to identify and document bugs before release - Produce high-quality bug reports with detailed descriptions, reproduction steps, and severity ratings - Document issues in a bug database and collaborate with the development team to resolve them - Collaborate with Designers, Artists, and Programmers to suggest improvements and changes for a better gaming experience Requirements: - Strong critical thinking skills to identify issues and bugs in games - Excellent communication skills in English to describe issues clearly and concisely - Methodical, scientific, and analytical mindset - Knowledge of PC, Console, and Mobile Platforms in terms of hardware and software - Passion for games - Proficiency in spreadsheets, MS Office, PC, and internet usage - Ability to work effectively with team members - Flexibility to adapt to project requirements, instructions, and shift timings - Based in our Bangalore office with 5 days per week on-site In addition to the job responsibilities and requirements, our compensation and benefits package is designed with a people-first philosophy.
