Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing, motivating and training the sales team, and expanding the customer base in the assigned regions of Punjab, Haryana & J&K. Daily tasks include overseeing the execution of marketing plans, conducting market analysis and customer visits, preparing sales reports, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Strategy Development
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-building skills
- Good analytical skills with the ability to conduct Market Analysis
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the region (Punjab, Haryana & J&K) and its market dynamics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
