Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
L3 Storage Engineer (NetApp)
to support and manage complex enterprise storage environments for our prestigious client, the
National Stock Exchange (NSE)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling advanced troubleshooting, performance optimization, capacity planning, and implementation of storage solutions to ensure high availability and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer
    NetApp storage systems
    , including ONTAP configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of storage incidents, performance bottlenecks, and replication issues.
  • Plan, design, and implement scalable storage solutions based on business needs.
  • Manage SAN/NAS environments and ensure seamless data availability across systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and develop preventive measures.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, backup, and network teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability.
  • Maintain documentation for all configurations, change management, and operational processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum
    8 years
    of experience in enterprise storage administration.
  • Strong expertise in
    NetApp ONTAP
    , SnapMirror, SnapVault, and CIFS/NFS protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with
    SAN/NAS architecture
    , FC zoning, and multipathing.
  • Knowledge of
    VMware storage integration
    and backup technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in handling L3-level escalations.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)
    or
    NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE)
