The Team

Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage.

• Have worked with Indian banks and NBFCs in Business, strategy, Digital strategy and Operations/ Process excellence teams and has strong understanding of Indian FS ecosystem

• Demonstrated capability to conduct and manage teams that conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations across areas such as:

• Business Strategy & Transformation

• Digital transformation
• Customer experience optimization

• Product innovation (retail & corporate lending, microfinance, fintech collaborations)

• Demonstrated capability to drive projects and their timely execution, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Work with client stakeholders including CXOs, business heads, and operations teams.

• Create POVs with latest trends in the market and development in FS ecosystem and technology

• Drive business development initiatives, RFPs, proposals, and thought leadership.

• Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders to execute projects, assignments etc.

• Detailed knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio etc.

• Demonstrated strong problem-solving experience in Change and Transformation environment, along with experience in driving adoption of new technologies (e.g., loan origination systems, etc.).

• Strong listening, problem solving, analytical skills and excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)

• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills

• Must be a self-starter, a team player and a good leader with prior experience in working in cross-functional teams

• Prior consulting experience in Financial Services sector is preferred
