Our platform is a unique blend of financial and legal services, designed to simplify life for our users.Role Overview ????We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fin-Ops Intern to join our finance team. This role will be pivotal in managing the financial operations related to the Aadhaar-PAN linking process for our customers. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a critical financial compliance project in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities ????Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in the end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive. This includes tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process. Follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to the existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the context of the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.Qualifications & Skills ????Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.What We Offer ????Hands-on experience with a critical financial compliance project.Mentorship from experienced finance professionals.A vibrant and supportive work culture.Opportunity for career growth within the company upon successful completion of the internship.You can send us resume to this email:
