Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Employment Type: 12 Months Contract

Experience: 7 – 9 Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer who can design, develop, and optimize scalable applications in a modern microservices environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and event-driven architectures while maintaining focus on clean code, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performing backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Architect and implement microservices and RESTful APIs ensuring modular and reusable code.
  • Integrate with event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Ensure reliability and performance of applications through TDD/BDD, CI/CD, and code reviews.
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) using Hibernate/Spring Data.
  • Implement secure coding practices, focusing on authentication, authorization, and encryption.
  • Conduct performance optimization, application tuning, and monitoring using APM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
  • Proficiency with ORM frameworks and database design.
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,900, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
