About the Role

Were looking for experienced Java Developers who are passionate about modern Java frameworks, distributed systems, and large-scale modernization projects.

Youll be part of a strategic engineering team upgrading legacy banking systems to Java 21, Spring Boot 3.3+, MongoDB, Kafka, and distributed microservice architectures improving performance, scalability, and observability across mission-critical applications.

Ideal For:

Developers with strong Java 21 & Spring Boot 3.x skills eager to work on system upgrades, performance tuning, and integration of distributed components.

Level 2 – Java Engineer (Distributed Systems & Cloud) – 5 – 7 Yrs

Designations:

  • Java Developer – Distributed Systems
  • Backend Engineer – Kafka + MongoDB
  • Java DevOps Integration Engineer

Ideal For:

Engineers with hands-on experience in Kafka, MongoDB, and distributed system design, able to build scalable and fault-tolerant services for high-volume enterprise platforms.

Level 3 – Senior Java Developer / Architect (Modernization Lead) – 7 – 8 Yrs

Designations:

  • Senior Java Developer – System Modernization
  • Java Architect – Distributed Systems

Ideal For:

Senior developers or architects capable of leading modernization initiatives, designing distributed frameworks, and mentoring teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive large-scale modernization using Java 21, Spring Boot 3.3+, Gradle, MongoDB, Kafka
  • Troubleshoot complex issues (threading, memory, data enrichment, messaging, caching)
  • Design, develop, and test new enhancements aligned with business needs
  • Optimize system reliability, observability, and scalability across microservices
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate in Agile chapters to define modernization strategies
  • Integrate distributed systems and streamline redundant processes
  • Support continuous integration, deployment, and automation practices
