Customer Support / Telecaller (0–6 Months Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Support / Telecaller to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner.


• Provide accurate information about the company's products or services.


• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.


• Maintain daily call logs and update customer information in CRM systems.


• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.


• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets set by the team leader.

Required Skills:


• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English).


• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM tools).


• Customer-friendly behavior and problem-solving attitude.


• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult calls calmly.


• Quick learner with a willingness to grow in the customer support field.

Qualification:


• 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).


• Freshers are welcome.

Experience:


• 0 to 6 months (Telecalling / Customer Support preferred).
