Role Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts across various segments and locations in India. You will work closely with our HR team to identify, attract, and onboard top talent, contributing directly to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing job descriptions for diverse roles.
  • HR Administration:
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and databases.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with the HR team and hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
  • Proactively seek feedback and contribute to improving HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in talent acquisition and recruitment.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Reliable internet connection and a conducive remote work environment.
