Urgent Opening Assistant Manager EXIM

Location: Pune, Talegaon

Industry: [ Manufacturing / Automotive / Plastic Injection Molding, etc.]

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Salary Max 10 to 11 Lakh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics movements by Sea / Air / Surface for outbound shipments.
  • Handle RFQs and conduct strong negotiations, preparing comparative statements for approvals.
  • Coordinate effectively with Suppliers, Forwarders, Shipping Lines, CHA, and Transporters.
  • Register, resolve, or escalate operational issues within defined timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with SVB rules, HSN codes, and customs regulations.
  • Work with License Schemes (MEIS, RoDTEP, DBK, etc.).
  • Prepare all Pre-shipment & Post-shipment documentation for smooth clearance.
  • Validate vendor bills, maintain accurate records, and prepare yearly freight contracts.
  • Approve BL Drafts / LC Drafts, handle BOE filing, CHA clearance, and ensure timely duty payment.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports and data for record-keeping and tracking activities.
  • Arrange same-day deliveries whenever required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, HSN codes, and export-import documentation.
  • Excellent coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in logistics operations, CHA handling, and international trade compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office / ERP systems for MIS and reporting.
