At Pepperfry, India's leading furniture & home marketplace, we're looking for dynamic Studio Managers & Home Consultants to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad.

What We're Looking For

  • Studio managers with at least 2–3 years of store management experience and a proven track record.
  • 1–3 years' experience in Sales/Retail/Customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Target-oriented and customer-first mindset
  • Interest in interiors/furniture/home styling

Studio Manager – Job Description

As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the studio team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Driving sales performance and ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Overseeing day-to-day studio operations, including client consultations, visual merchandising, and inventory coordination.
  • Ensuring every customer interaction reflects Pepperfry's brand values and commitment to service excellence.
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating Home Consultants to consistently improve performance.
  • Handling escalations and resolving client concerns effectively.
  • Collaborating with central teams for smooth execution of marketing campaigns, deliveries, and customer service processes.
