Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Interiors, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of interior design services, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the design team to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, leading client consultations, preparing sales proposals, and following up on leads and closing sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and industry standards
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
