Job Description

Role : Marketing Manager BTL Activities

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ years in BTL/Field Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Industry: BFSI / NBFC / Pharma / Educational Course / Jewellery Retail Industry

Salary: Based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager BTL Activities to lead and manage on-ground marketing campaigns, activation of new clients , and brand promotions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning and executing impact field marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute various Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns including : Mall activities, Roadshows and residential campaigns, Society engagements, Retail tie-ups and branding, Petrol pump .
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and on-ground teams
  • Generate leads and ensure accurate data capture and reporting in CRM
  • Work closely with the sales and brand teams to align marketing strategies
  • Maintain campaign MIS, ROI tracking, and post-campaign reports
  • Ensure timely approvals, budgets, and compliance with branding guidelines

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in BTL/field marketing roles
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Ability to manage vendors simultaneously
  • Result-driven with analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic CRM tools
