The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for

residential and commercial real estate projects. The role includes brand building, lead generation,

digital marketing, and aligning campaigns with business growth objectives.

  • Handle marketing budgets, work with vendors, and plan media activities
  • Oversee content, website updates, and social media pages
  • Plan and manage project launches, events, and exhibitions
  • Track and report on marketing performance, and suggest ways to improve
  • Make sure all marketing work follows RERA and legal compliances.
  • Be hands-on with marketing activities like lead generation, costing, website management

and events.

  • Work directly with marketing agencies
  • Coordinate with Channel Partners for marketing efforts
  • Focus on branding and building brand awareness
  • Create and run marketing plans across online and offline channels
  • Build a strong brand image and ensure clear, consistent communication
  • Run campaigns to generate leads and support the Sales Team in meeting targets

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution
  • Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in Marketing and Communications
  • Preferred Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Property Consultancy
  • Technical Skills: Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, branding, and

budgeting.
