We are hiring a Junior Site Engineer to join our team at Guwahati International Airport. This role involves monitoring and recording the daily progress of on-site infrastructure works, ensuring that activities meet project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. The position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily site inspections and track construction activities against the project plan.

* Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, photographs, and measurement sheets.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and supervisors to verify completed work.

* Identify and report delays, risks, or quality issues promptly to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

* Ensure that works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Monitor material usage and verify deliveries against purchase orders.

* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Adhere to safety protocols and support a safe working environment.

* Provide assistance with surveying, measurements, and quantity verification when required.

Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

* 0–2 years of site experience (fresh graduates welcome).

* Basic understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and quality control.

* Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills.

* Good communication and teamwork abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
