We are a U.S.-based audio and speaker company, distributing brands such as Absolute USA, MR DJ, and more. Our products are sold nationwide through Amazon, Shopify, and other major e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help us manage product listings and data across our online sales channels.

Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Product Associate, you will handle the day-to-day management of product uploads and updates. This includes entering product information into Amazon, Shopify, and Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate, optimized, and compliant listings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
  • Enter and organize product data in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Maintain accurate product details (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, specifications)
  • Monitor listings to ensure compliance with platform standards
  • Assist with bulk uploads and flat files for Amazon
  • Support the operations team with catalog updates and reporting

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs and formatting are a plus)
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and strong communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other marketplaces (eBay, Walmart, etc.)
  • Knowledge of audio, speaker, or electronics products
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for product listings
