We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Accurately input data from various sources into our databases and systems.

2. Perform routine data entry tasks, such as entering customer information, invoices, and sales orders.

3. Verify data accuracy and integrity by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data as necessary.

4. Count and record inventory accurately, ensuring that counts match physical inventory.

5. Create and update spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets to track data and information.

6. Organize and maintain electronic and paper files in a systematic and efficient manner.

7. Assist with data cleanup and data validation projects as needed.

8. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

9. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times.

10. Complete data entry tasks within established deadlines and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred.

3. Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and functions.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

9. Familiarity with inventory counting procedures is a plus.

10. Experience with data entry software or systems is an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
