**Data Entry Associate**

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team. If you thrive on accuracy and enjoy working with data, this role is your opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our data processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other records.
- Verify data for accuracy & correct data discrepancies or errors.
- Organize and maintain electronic records.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Collaborate to resolve data-related issues.
- Respond to data-related inquiries.
- Maintain data entry documentation and procedures.
- Adhere to data entry and quality control best practices.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree may be preferred in some cases).
- Proven experience in data entry or related roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Own a Laptop or Desktop computer to work from home.
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security practices.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive monthly salary.

**Conditions**:

- Secure & reliable internet connection required.
- Ability to work from home.
- Independent Contractor Agreement.
- 8:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
