Desired Candidate Profile

• 
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

✓ BE in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

• 
Experience Required:

✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in construction industry (Residential project experience mandatory)

• 
Software Proficiency:

✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for reporting, presentations, and documentation.

✓ Proficiency in Auto CAD

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Prepare and verify RA bills in line with BOQs and item descriptions.

✓ Check invoices with mandatory submittals, verify quantities, and approve bills.

✓ Ensure billing compliance with contract terms; notify vendors of discrepancies.

✓ Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely billing and system entries.

✓ Follow up with vendors for quotations and prepare basic comparative statements.

✓ Ensure site execution adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

✓ Maintain work quality as per SOPs, ISO codes, and Quality Engineer guidelines.

✓ Raise accurate, timely material indents based on project schedules to avoid delays.

✓ Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material delivery within lead times.

✓ Monitor vendors' performance, conduct review meetings, and resolve delays/issues.

✓ Enforce HSE standards, ensure site cleanliness, and guide vendors' supervisors on safety norms.

✓Prepare DPRs/DLRs, monitor schedules, and generate reconciliation and quality reports for management review.
