Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Project Lead in the construction/AEC/BIM domain. The Project Lead will manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and execution. The role requires regular collaboration with clients to understand requirements and provide feedback on project progress. Additionally, the Project Lead will mentor team members and ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction/AEC/BIM domains
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), and project lifecycle
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
