Job Description
nCircle Tech is looking for a brilliant, dedicated Project Lead for our young and dynamic Team in Pune. We are a 12+ year-old organization redefining planning, collaboration and communication in the 3D Engineering software development industry worldwide. We are experiencing great success and are looking to expand our management & our team of dedicated developers.

Requirements
Key responsibilities include: -

You Will Be Participating In Some Of The Following Areas, But As a Fast-growing Company It Is Hard To Say Anything Firm, Except You Will Be Working On Exciting Projects And Have Influence On Your Own Direction

• Develop detailed understanding of client expectations and requirements
• Engage in client management. Effectively handle project status reporting.
• Drive the team towards success by coordinating amongst team members, resolving queries and managing conflicts.
• Meeting clients (virtually / in person) and building positive rapport. Assist in business growth and provide the required thrust to move to greater height
• Comprehensively represent nCircle with its customer-centric philosophy in front of its clients
• Coach & groom your team members to keep consistently delivering better results.
• Smartly maintaining a balance between the client's or organization's interests
• Providing Recruitment support (candidates assessment for requirement positions)

• You can identify risks involved during the project execution and timely reporting to CEO
• You can review the progress diligently with team and client
• You can build rapport with clients
• You have good understanding of technical projects and can tighten the project scope
• You are good at prioritization.
• You enjoy developing systems, processes and analyzing metrics to track progress towards the project goals
• You understand project and organizational dependencies.
• You are preferably from a Quality Assurance background.
• You are charming, a good listener and a sharp observer.
• You employ strong organizational skills
• You have great forecasting skills on the technology project around effort, cost, timelines and scheduling. You predict realistic issues before they happen and take proactive actions
• You demonstrate team organization and governance
• You understand industry trends and their impact on business
• You respond to market and business changes that affect the project and business.
• You have grown and handled a mid-size teams & handled multiple international client simultaneously
• You are good at setting priorities for self and team.
• You could determine appropriate measures for yourself and for others to achieve the project goals
• You can work effectively to meet tight deadlines regardless of possible setbacks.
• You have excellent presentation skills.
• Your peers, subordinates and other stakeholders vouch for your great communication & interpersonal skills.
