Associate Manager – GSA Relations & Governance

Location:
Gurugram

Reports to:
Head – GSA Relations & Governance

Key Responsibilities
Contracts Management

  • Manage and optimize contracts with GSAs and external partners.
  • Negotiate terms and draft agreements.
  • Review, renew, and renegotiate contracts based on performance and market intelligence.
  • Track contract progress, highlight risks, and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare contract progress reports.
  • Identify new GSA opportunities and evaluate potential partners.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor GSA deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data, pricing intelligence, and operational alignment.
  • Ensure GSA staff is trained on reservation systems.
  • Support onboarding of special-category customer segments.

Team Management

  • Lead the team and guide execution of tasks.
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee onboarding and training of GSAs.
  • Supervise GSAs in offline territories and ensure global targets.
  • Resolve GSA SLA-related issues.
  • Handle additional assigned responsibilities.

Eligibility (Education)

  • Master's / MBA / PGDM / PGP / PG degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum: 8–10 years of experience in contract management, including at least 4 years in aviation-related sales activities.
  • Desired: 10+ years of experience in contract management; aviation sector experience preferred.
