Job Summary:

The Registration Executive will be responsible for handling all activities related to vehicle registration and documentation with the RTO (Regional Transport Office). The role involves ensuring timely and accurate completion of registration, insurance, and compliance formalities for vehicles sold by the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process vehicle registration through the Vaahan portal and RTO.
  • Prepare and verify all documents required for new vehicle registration, hypothecation, and transfer of ownership.
  • Coordinate with sales and back-office teams to collect and submit customer documents.
  • Liaise with RTO officials for timely completion of registration processes.
  • Track and update the status of registrations and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with government rules, regulations, and dealership policies.
  • Maintain records of registration files, insurance documents, and road tax payments.
  • Assist customers with queries related to registration, RC cards, and number plates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
