Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Full Stack Development with 4+ years of experience to lead a team of developers, assign tasks efficiently, manage client communication, and resolve technical challenges. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, , , Wordpress, AWS, and DevOps, along with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Assign tasks based on developers' strengths and project requirements.
  • Guide and mentor the team, helping them resolve technical challenges.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects with proper code reviews and best practices.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
  • Implement DevOps strategies for CI/CD, server management, and deployment.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development and team management.
  • Strong technical expertise in PHP, Laravel, , , Wordpress, AWS, and DevOps.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple projects and leading development teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills for client handling and team coordination.
  • Ability to conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and improve development workflows.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Qualification: Must be B.tech or MCA Graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
