Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct telemarketing to potential clients via Indiamart to generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Manage the entire sales process, including client onboarding, invoicing, e-invoicing, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate deals, prices, and contracts with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Handle client queries related to products, billing, invoicing, and payment processes efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth sales processes.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in telemarketing and handling B2B client interactions (experience with Indiamart is a plus).
• Familiarity with invoicing, e-invoicing, and billing procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
