Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving and managing sales for pre-launch and early-stage real estate projects. Tasks will include communicating with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing end-to-end sales support. The Sales Executive will also need to maintain strong relationships with developers and investors, strategize to meet sales targets, and offer personalized advisory services to clients.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in real estate with a focus on pre-launch and early-stage projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide personalized advisory services
- Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market, especially Shela and South Bopal areas
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
