  • IT Infrastructure Expert

Requirement

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network integration projects.
  • Strong expertise in network design, Active Directory, Azure AD, email systems, and hardware integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructure, propose the to-be network architecture, and ensure seamless migration between merging entities.
  • Evaluate regulatory and ownership implications related to network transition and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Review and strengthen network security posture (switches, WLAN, firewalls) in line with industry standards and organizational security policies.
  • Conduct an assessment of existing Active Directory (AD), including OU structure, SSO-enabled applications, and dependencies.
  • Define and implement the approach for Azure AD migration and domain integration.
  • Assess the current email environment, identify focus areas, and propose a secure, non-disruptive migration plan to the target tenant.
  • Identify risks and mitigation plans for email migration, ensuring data integrity and user continuity.
  • Perform physical verification of IT hardware assets, document AS-IS inventory, and plan integration of servers and endpoints into the unified domain.
  • Conduct a maturity assessment of OT infrastructure (sensorization, Industry 4.0 alignment) and report key improvement areas.
  • Survey and document shopfloor systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, etc.), including OEM details, versions, and IT interfaces for integration planning.

Work Details:

  • Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday). In rare cases, the candidate may need to work on weekends.
  • Duration: 8 months (contractual basis).
