About the Role

Were looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Administrator to manage our AWS / Azure infrastructure, Windows IIS environments, and CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on security, reliability, and SOC 2 compliance.

You'll ensure uptime, automate deployments, and maintain secure, scalable systems supporting our global SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize AWS & Azure environments (EC2, VMs, VPC, storage, DNS, VPNs, security groups).
  • Administer and maintain Windows IIS servers for web applications — setup, configuration, certificates, and performance tuning.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML, build agents, multi-stage deployments).
  • Implement infrastructure security controls aligned with SOC 2—access management, patching, change tracking, and monitoring.
  • Support SOC 2 audit evidence (system logs, patch reports, deployment records).
  • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell / Bash / Python scripts.
  • Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune for user access, device compliance, and MFA enforcement.
  • Monitor and optimize uptime, latency, and cost via CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or ELK.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
  • Hands-on expertise with Windows IIS administration, AWS, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of networking, VPNs, SSL/TLS, DNS, and firewalls.
  • Familiar with SOC 2 Trust Service Criteria (Security, Availability, Confidentiality).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Certifications such as AWS SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
  • Experience implementing monitoring, alerts, and access audits for compliance environments.
