Consultant, Senior

As a Senior Consultant for Value Engagement, you will help Infor customers unlock measurable business value by conducting structured consulting engagements that identify inefficiencies, align business goals, and accelerate innovation adoption. You will deliver workshops and analyses that lead to actionable roadmaps for innovation and digital transformation, leveraging Infor's CloudSuites, Industry Process Catalogs, and innovation tools. This role requires deep industry knowledge, ERP expertise, and the ability to translate insights into clear customer outcomes.

Qualifications:

* Proven ERP implementation consulting experience, ideally in Healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, distribution, food & beverage, or high-tech industries.

* Alternatively, customer-side ERP project experience with strong knowledge of both IT and business processes.

* Strong business knowledge in areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, purchasing, and sales.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Value Engagements that include:

* Optimization Reviews - Assess current performance, user experience, and process gaps to provide a prioritized action plan.

* Innovation Workshops - Explore opportunities to adopt emerging technologies such as AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI to drive business transformation.

* Opportunity Roadmaps - Develop clear, actionable recommendations aligned to customer's strategic priorities.

* Lead workshops and collaborative sessions with customer stakeholders to align goals, define use cases, and validate priorities.

* Apply Infor's Industry Process Catalog (IPC) standards and CloudSuite capabilities to benchmark customer processes and highlight opportunities.

* Translate findings into tailored deliverables such as engagement scope, defined use cases, and prioritized opportunity roadmaps.

* Partner with Infor Customer Success, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to ensure recommendations are adopted and value is realized.

* Help customers streamline operations, improve adoption, and maximize ROI from their Infor investments.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong consulting skills: issue identification, logical problem solving, structured communication.

* Ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and build trusted relationships.

* Leadership qualities to take initiative in driving customer, partner, and organizational outcomes.

* Familiarity with emerging technologies like automation, RPA, AI/ML, and analytics.
